Constantine Celani (born 1869, died 1953) made violins that are highly sought after for their tonal qualities.

This fine example shows the influence of the Milanese maker C.F. Landolfi.

Covered in a deep rich red varnish over beautifully flamed maple this violin shows the strong charachter of Celani's work.

This violin is in excellent condition and has a beautiful tonal quality which projects excellently in the hall.
