Brian,
As I was playing my cello this morning, I was thinking of how utterly
transformed it is . It is now smooth and even, and very powerful
indeed. Since that last fix, it is extremely solid, no extraneous
noises whatsoever. In addition it looks simply splendid and it is
much easier to play. Everything you did (and that was considerable)
was done with skill and care, and it shows.
It has never sounded or looked this good. I want to thank you for the
craftsmanship and great caring you lavished on my instrument. I
really look forward to seeing you next year.

2. Winston-Salem Violins does the absolutely the best tonal adjustment
I've ever had. Brian is easy to work with and has a great ear for making
the instrument sound as good as possible. Should I ever need a major repair,
I would go to WSV without hesitation and I'm sure the work would be done
with the highest level of craftsmanship.
